The breakfast had lots of options. I found it very good. The room was nice. I thought it was very comfortable. They gave us a treat on our first and last night!
Our room was below street level. I had no view at all. It was not what I expected. They only provided 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel for all 3 nights for 2 adults. I never received more coffee each day for the coffee maker.

the room was clean. staff was helpful with directions. breakfast had many options. i liked the rooftop bar. it provided nice views of the surrounding area. it was relaxing to drink there after a long day of exploring.
the parking spaces was very small. this caused slight inconvenience.

a sweet shelter by the river

smart room excellent restaurant rooftop bar helpful staff
the location felt very special. i found a bus stop just outside. the room had automatic blackout blinds i appreciated much. the rooftop bar gave beautiful cocktails and snacks overlooking the river. the staff was super, friendly, and helpful in every possible way.
i found some minor stains on carpets near the entrance hall.

amazing stay by the river!

superb location scenic path useful store
the hotel boasts a superb location right on the douro river! a scenic walking path stretches along the river. it makes accessing the city center easy. there are tasty restaurants and a useful grocery store close by too.
the corridors and bedrooms felt kinda gloomy. poor lighting doesnt lift the spirits. it affected the overall vibe a little.
